What is systemic coaching?
Systemic coaching looks at a person or team as part of a wider system of relationships, roles and expectations. Tools such as constellation boards make these relationships visible, so new solutions become easier to see.
When is conflict coaching or mediation the right choice?
Conflict coaching supports one person in handling a conflict more clearly and calmly. Mediation brings the parties together with a neutral third party to find a solution all sides can live with, for example between colleagues, within a team or between business partners.
Is coaching available remotely?
Yes. Sessions run in person in Vienna or online, wherever you are. The Ignite tools work in any modern browser, so we can use them together on a video call.
